CiscoWorks LMS 3.0 introduces a new “size-based” licensing model. Now customers can order 

the CiscoWorks LMS product that best fits their network and device support needs. Whether you 

have 100 or 25,000 Cisco devices, ordering CiscoWorks LMS 3.0 to fit your network requirements 

is easy and simple. Order the appropriate part number from Table 2 based on the number of Cisco 

devices to be managed. 

CiscoWorks LAN Management Solution 3.0 Ordering Information 

CiscoWorks LMS 3.0 for 100 or fewer Cisco network devices. All applications can be installed and 
run on a single server. Due to the size of network managed with this device restricted license of 
CiscoWorks LMS, only a single installation DVD for the Windows operating system is provided. 

CiscoWorks LMS 3.0 for up to 300 Cisco network devices. All applications can be installed and run 
on a single server. Installation DVDs for Windows and Solaris operating systems provided. 

CiscoWorks LMS 3.0 for up to 1,500 Cisco network devices. All applications can be installed and run 
on a single server. Installation DVDs for Windows and Solaris operating systems provided. 

CiscoWorks LMS for up to 5,000 Cisco network devices. If installing all CiscoWorks LMS 
applications, a multiserver deployment will be required. Installation DVDs for Windows and Solaris 
operating systems provided.  

CiscoWorks LMS for up to 10,000 Cisco network devices. If installing one or more CiscoWorks LMS 
applications, a multiserver deployment will be required. Installation DVDs for Windows and Solaris 
operating systems provided.
