No B channel is available for a call at the moment. The ISDN TA triggers a locking release 
upon this and makes a B channel available. 
ISDN network out of order 

Problems in the ISDN network. Wait some time and try again to call. 
Temporarily failure 

Temporary problems in the ISDN network. You can immediately try to call again. 
Incompatible destination   

The terminal device of the remote side is not compatible with the calling terminal device. 
The call cannot be accepted therefore. This failure occurs e.g. if the remote terminal de-
vice is a regular phone.
