Setting the GPIB Address 

 

Background 

The GPIB port is used for remote control. The 
GPIB address can be set between 00 ~ 30.  

See the Communication Interface chapter on 
page 42 chapter for details on remote control. 

Steps 

1.  Long push the Func key. 

The function menu will appear.  

 

2.  Use the ◄ Func ► keys to navigate to the 

ADDRESS settings. 

 

3.  Use the ▼Select ▲ keys to select the GPIB 

address. Press the Enter key to set the address. 

 

4.  Use the ◄ Func ► keys to navigate to the 

SAVE FUNC SET menu item. Press the Enter 
key to save. 

 Note 

To exit without saving, navigate to the 

EXIT FUNC 

SET

 menu using the ◄ 

Func

 ► keys and press the 

Enter

 key to exit without saving any settings.
