(for example, enter 19:45 for 7:45 PM) and press

Enter the fax number.

Start

. The fax machine will wait until the time you have entered to

send the fax.

Using the numbers you have stored in Groups, One Touch and Speed Dial
memory, you can “broadcast” faxes automatically to a maximum of 60
different locations in a few simple steps.

After the Broadcast is completed, a Broadcast Report will be printed
automatically to let you know the results.

Insert the document in the feeder.

Help/Q.Scan

. The screen displays how much memory is available.

Enter the One Touch and Speed Dial numbers (one after the other) or a
Group Number you have stored.

Press 

Start

. The fax machine scans the document into memory, then

transmits it to all the numbers you entered.  If the line is busy, your
machine will retry.

Stop

 during transmission to cancel sending to the current number.
