surface, ease of maintenance, excellent
performance and style. Cooking on-board
has never been this easy.
The cooking surface areas on your Kenyon
ceramic glass cook top are identified by
permanent patterns in the cook top. To
keep your cook top looking like new, follow
these simple guidelines for use and
cleaning:
Cooking Utensils
Chances are your existing utensils are just
fine for use on your Kenyon ceramic glass
cook top. Cooking on ceramic glass does
not require special pots or pans. But since
utensils play an important part in the
efficiency of your cooking here is what to
look for to get the most out of your Kenyon
ceramic glass cook top.
The utensil should have a slightly concave
or flat bottom. Although glass and other
types of cookware can be used, metal
cookware with thick bottoms will generally
conduct the heat best.
Use utensils of the correct diameter only.
The base of the pot or pan you use should
be about as wide as the cooking zone on
which it is used - not much wider or
narrower. This will provide maximum
heating efficiency and give you the shortest
possible boiling times.
Make sure that both the cook top panel and
the bottom of your utensil are clean and dry
before

razor blade scraper to remove all spill-
