To view the status of your service: 
1 On the SecurityCenter website, click the 

 tab. 

2 Under 

, check your email statistics. 

3 Click the pie chart to open the portal, where you can view data for the last seven days of email 

activity. 

To resolve action items: 
Click an action item to display instructions for resolving it.
