Under 
Temporary Internet Files

Delete Files 
button. 
Select 
Delete all offline content
, then click 
OK
. An hourglass appears while the files are being 
deleted.

Temporary Internet Files

Settings

View Files
Select 
Edit | Select All. 
Select 
File | Delete
. It might take a while for all the files to be deleted. When the deletions are 
complete. you are returned to the 
Internet Properties
 dialog box.
