Fatal hardware errors

Self-diagnostic errors
If a hardware fatal error is detected during the initial self-diagnosis, in off-line self diagnosis or in
on-line self-diagnosis (SEND DIAGNOSTIC command), rotation of the spindle motor will be
halted.
