2. Certification No.: On RRL certificate. Obtain certificate from local Intel 

representative

3. Name of Certification Recipient: Intel Corporation
4. Date of Manufacturer: Refer to date code on product
5. Manufacturer/Nation: Intel Corporation/Refer to country of origin marked on 

product
