Capture mode is for taking pictures and Playback mode is for playing 
back or deleting images.

• To change from Capture mode to Playback mode, press the 

Q

 Playback button.

• To change from Playback mode to Capture mode, press the 

Q

 Playback button or press the shutter release button halfway.

In Capture mode, pressing and holding the Q Playback button for two 
seconds or more switches the mode to the Playback mode, and the lens 
is retracted.

Program mode

Lets the camera automatically select the 
shutter speed and aperture, this is the basic 
picture-taking mode.

Picture mode

You can select the Picture mode according to 
the shooting scene.There are nine Picture 
modes to choose from.

Auto Select mode

Lets the camera automatically recognize the 
shooting scene and set the functions.

Portrait mode

Lets you take pictures of people using the 
optimal settings.

Landscape mode

Lets you take pictures of landscapes using the
