Function

Play and delete private messages, and record an 
outgoing message for the private message mailbox. 

PLAY NEW MSGS Play back new private messages.
PLAY ALL MSGS

Play back all private messages.

Delete all private messages.

Record the private outgoing message. The pre-recorded 
message is, "Hello. Please leave a message after the 
tone.”

Play and delete central (general) messages.

Record an ongoing telephone conversation.

Record a message from the 1080 telephone.

Record, share and download the outgoing 
announcements played when the auto attendant 
answers a call.

Record the auto attendant system message. For 
daytime, the default message is, "Thank you for calling 
our company. If you know your party's extension, you 
may dial it at any time. For our company directory, 
please dial
