AND THE REMEDY FOR VIOLATIONS OF ANY IMPLIED WAR-
RANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE REPAIR, REPLACEMENT,
CREDIT AND/OR REFUND OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR
