Prevent your device from connecting to a Wi-Fi network

On the Home screen, click the Manage Connections icon.
2. Click Wi-Fi Options.
3. Highlight a Wi-Fi® profile.
4. Press the Menu key.

If a known hotspot requires you to log in manually or if you have saved a Wi-Fi® profile with the Connection Mode option set to Manual, you
can turn off the prompt that appears when one of those networks becomes available. If you turn off the prompt, a red star still appears beside
the Wi-Fi indicator at the top of the Home screen when you are within range.
