Master reset can erase all information 

you have entered (including contacts and agenda 
entries) and content you have downloaded 
(including applications, photos, and sounds) 
stored in your phone’s memory. After you erase 
the information, you can’t recover it.

You may want to copy your data to your 

memory card (see page 69) or computer (see 
page 48) to ensure no data is lost.
