Tip: If the 2nd call is answered but the caller hangs up, 
press

and select 

Unhold

 to rejoin the original call.

to change between an active call and a call 

that is on hold.

To reject the incoming call when you are talking on the 

phone:

This will keep your current call in progress, but will reject 
the 

Call Waiting

 call.

While a call is in progress, you can hold the call and then 

reconnect it.

reject the 2nd call

open the options menu

scroll to 

Hold

Action

A)

place the active call on hold

Tip: Select 

Unhold

 to activate 

the call on hold.
