Ending a Workout
CAUTION: Hold on to a handlebar when you near the end of your 
exercise session.
1. You can slow your pedaling when you complete the cool-down 
period, but maintain, at minimum, 20 revolutions per minute to view 
your workout summary. 
The workout summary appears and shows your cumulative 
workout statistics including warm-up and cool-down periods. You 
can review your workout statistics as long as you continue 
pedaling. 
2. While WORKOUT SUMMARY scrolls across the display, press 
the left selection key to highlight CALORIES. The CALORIES 
display shows the estimated calories burned during your exercise 
session. To view your cumulative distance, highlight DISTANCE 
using the right selection key.
3. End your workout by pressing the PAUSE/RESET key and return 
to the Precor banner.
4. Stop pedaling.
5. Hold on to a handlebar as you dismount.
Note: If the optional power adapter is attached, you do not have to 
continue pedaling to view your workout statistics. When you 
complete the cool-down period, the workout summary appears. 
Press PAUSE/RESET again to return to the Precor banner.
If you wear a chest strap while exercising, a heart rate analysis 
appears during the workout summary. Refer to Heart Rate Analysis
