Workout Options
CAUTION: Before beginning any fitness program, see your 
physician for a complete physical examination. Know your 
physician-recommended heart rate target zone.
1. Hold on to a handrail and step on the foot pedals.
2. When you are comfortably situated, begin pedaling. 
CAUTION: Hold on to a stationary handrail. The ramp incline 
on the EFX576i or EFX546i may automatically recalibrate and 
move to the default incline once you begin pedaling.
3. Select one of the following options:
