A communication error or a power outage 
on the servo amplifier occurred. 

Confirm that the connection to the servo amplifier 
is intact. Refer to Section 13.4 for further details 
concerning communication errors.

A servo alarm was set and servo ready off 
mode was entered. 

Cancel the servo alarm. For details, refer to the 
Servo Amplifier Instruction Manual on your servo 
amplifier. 

The main circuit is in off status. 

Turn on the main circuit. 

B1 

Servo alarm
