Assigning an IP Address
Before you can begin working with
PSII
, you must get or assign an IP address for the
PSII
device.
With Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP)
If your network uses DHCP, your
PSII
device is assigned a temporary IP address. This is
important to know, because you have the option to make the temporary IP address the
permanent IP address.
