When  calling  or  writing,  please  have  your 

model and serial numbers of your fireplace 

ready.
Model and serial number information are in the 

fireplace's rating plate located on the fireplace 

bottom. You can access the rating plate by lift-

ing out the ash brick within hearth panel  and 

removing the ash dump box.
