Host Serial Response Time-out

This parameter specifies how long the scanner waits for an ACK, NAK, or CTS before determining that a
transmission error has occurred. This only applies when in one of the ACK/NAK Software Handshaking modes, or
RTS/CTS Hardware Handshaking option.

Minimum: 2 sec

Low: 2.5 Sec

Medium: 5 Sec

High: 7.5 Sec

Maximum: 9.9 Sec

NOTE

This parameter does not apply to the Wincor-Nixdorf RS-232 Mode A/B and the OPOS/JPOS host types.
