Troubleshooting

Clean up the fusing unit.

Load one sheet of paper in the standard 150 sheet tray, and then print 

a solid image all over paper.

Load the printed sheet with the side to be printed on facing down, 

and then print a blank sheet of paper.

Is the problem recovered?

The task is complete.

Ensure that paper is properly loaded in the standard 150 sheet tray.

• Thick  -  2a
• Thin - 2b

Use thick paper that is 163 g/m

 or less.

Use thin paper that is 60 g/m

Ensure that the envelope is properly loaded in the standard 150 sheet 

tray as instructed in "Loading Envelopes" on page 171.
