To insure optimum reliable equipment op-
eration, it is required that technical support
personnel discharge themselves by wearing
a grounding strap around the wrist and be
connected to a grounding terminal while
working in the vicinity of, and while handling
EOS/ESD susceptible assemblies/parts. If
unavailable, ground yourself frequently by
touching the metal chassis of the system
before handling any components (this helps
only if the system is connected to a ground).
