aligned

the
 
connector
 
key

on
 
the
 
socket.
 
Insert
 
the
 
DIMM
 
straight
 
down
 
into
 
the
 
connector
 
until
 
it
 
snaps
 
into
 
position
 
and
 
the
 
retaining
 
clips
 
are
 
closed.

Go
 
to
 
Removing
 
and
 
replacing
 
a
 
PCI
 
adapter

Remove
 
the
 
cover.

screw
 
securing

adapter.

Remove
 
the
 
failing
 
adapter.
 
4.
   
Remove
 
the
 
new
 
adapter
 
from
 
its
 
static-protective

Install

new
 
adapter
 
into
 
the
 
appropriate
 
slot
 
on
 
the
 
system
