Other values = Disable STOP instruction
10100101 = Enable STOP instruction
Other values = Disable STOP instruction

NOTE:
Before execute the STOP instruction, set this STPCON register as "10100101B".
Otherwise the STOP instuction will not execute as well as reset will be generated.
