Provide electric power to the converter.

Are the connections between converter 
and computer correct?

Refer to the converter manual.

Is Master not polling?

Verify the Master is polling the drive.

Is baud rate of computer and drive set 
correctly?

Set the correct value.

Is the data format of user program 
correct?

Set data formats equal between drive and 
computer.

Is the connection between the converter 
and the communication card correct?

Check for the correct wiring.
