Creating a Personal (Confidential) Mailbox
The OKIFAX 5250 has eight personal (confidential)
mailboxes.

2 Press the 9/User Program One Touch key. The display

3 Press 5 on the numeric keypad. The display shows
5:PERSONAL BOX PRG.
4 Press the Yes

5 Using the numeric keypad, enter the number of the
mailbox (1 to 8) you want to use.
6 The display asks you to confirm the box number. Press the
Yes
§ key if the number is correct.
