Ensure that you ping the host IP address (RIP) of the Nortel SNAS 4050, and not
the Management IP address (MIP) of the cluster in which the Nortel SNAS 4050
is a member. Enter the command

to view IP address information
for all Nortel SNAS 4050 devices in the cluster.
