The Printhead is a user replaceable consumable.   
 
VII.  Spare Level Definitions: 
 
 
Level 1 Spares: 
Supports up to 10 printers, recommended for first call support. 
 
Level 2 Spares: 
Supports up to 20 printers, recommended for next day availability. 
 
Level 3 Spares: 
Additional available spares. 
 
Level 4 Spares: 
Service Replaceable Expendable - customer responsibility 
 
Level 9 Spares: 
Customer responsibility, end-user replaceable consumable. 
 
 Note: 
The level 1 Spares provide 90% serviceability and combined with level 2 Spares, the  
serviceability is 95%.  Combine that with level 3 Spares for complete product field support.
