cool

safely
 
handle
 
before
 
continuing
 
this
 
procedure.
Note:
  
When
 
replacing
 
the
 
system
 
board
 
you
 
must
 
also
 
order
 
a
 
new
 
retention
 
module
 
for
 
the
 
new
 
system
 
board
 
or
 
remove
 
the
 
retention
 
module
 
from
 
the
 
failing
 
system
 
board
 
and
 
install
 
it
 
on
 
the
 
new
 
system
 
board.

1.
   
Open
 
the
 
computer
 
cover.

Pivot
 
the
 
drive-bay
 
assembly
 
upward
 
to
 
gain
 
access
 
to
 
the
 
heat
 
sink.

Remove
 
the
 
hard
 
disk
 
drive
 
and
 
disconnect
 
it
 
from
 
the
 
system
 
board.
