Subtest 02
Point to point (Send)
NOTE: To execute this subtest, two machines must be connected with an RS-232C direct
cable. One machine should be set as “send”(subtest 02) and the other set as
“receive” (subtest 03). The wiring diagram for the RS-232C direct cable is
described in Appendix F.

This subtest is used with subtest 02 described above. This subtest receives the
data from the send side, then sends the received data.

Interrupt test
This subtest checks the Interrupt Request Level of IRQ 4, 3 and 5 in this order
from the send side.

FIR/SIR Point to point (Send)

computer’s infrared port.
