Link Dependency Commands

console(config-linkDep-group-1)#depends-on gigabitethernet 1/0/10

console(config-linkDep-group-1)#depends-on port-channel 6

Use the show link-dependency command to show the link dependencies 

configured for a particular group. If no group is specified, then all the 

configured link-dependency groups are displayed.

show link-dependency [

group GroupId] [detail]

This command has no default configuration.

Privileged EXEC, Config mode and all Config sub-modes

No specific guidelines

The following command shows link dependencies for all groups.

console#show link-dependency 

GroupId  Member Ports Ports Depended On Link Action Group State

------- -----------------------------------------------------

GroupID

Link dependency group identifier. (Range: Valid Group Id, 

1–16)

detail

Show detailed information about the state of members and the 

dependent ports.
