Press the Menu key on the control panel to activate 
the User Mode.

Press the [

] key twice to display [Roller Counter].

Check the number of pages fed by the rollers, and 
press [Enter].

The counter reset mode is activated.

Press the [

] key to select [RESET], and press 

[Enter].
The counter is reset to zero.

Press the [Stop] key to exit the User Mode.

■ Verification and Reset Using the 

Start Windows, and login as a user with administrator 
privileges. 

Click the "Start" button, and then select [All 
programs], [Canon DR-XXXX], and [Canon 
imageFORMULA Utility]. (XXXX depends on the 
model in use.) 

In Windows 8, the Canon imageFORMULA utility is saved to the 
following location.
