2.8. Control Specifications
The controller (GC-201) is operated by:
•  RS-232C command input
•  High-speed serial communication

RS-232C
communication command input
High-speed serial communication
Features
- Raster scan and step movement etc.
can be performed easily.

- In order to obtain synchronization
with external equipment, operation
can be started with an external
trigger signal. (Fluctuating delays
may occur within the internal control
sampling time.)

- Vector scans with control over the
desired locations of two axes are
possible. This is used in laser
marking etc.

- Complete synchronization with
external equipment can be obtained
in order to use high-speed serial
communication clock pulses by
controlling the controller.

- As it can be operated with XY2-100
communication specifications, a
controller compliant with XY2-100
can be connected.
