Maintenance
Before doing maintenance on

The horizontal and vertical tables and other

Lubrication
The linear bushings by which the headstock
travels on the rods are pre-lubricated and
sealed; they do not require additional lubrication.

The spindle bearing should be lubricated as
needed, according to machine usage. Apply VG-
120 grease through the grease nipple on the
spindle (#10 in the exploded view on page 32).

Occasionally check the oil level in the oil
regulator cup (see Figure 27). Add more oil as
