ATTACHING THE FRONT WHEEL

For easier access to the front fork, tilt the stroller on its
back. Then loosen, but do not remove, the wheel
locking lever and the tightening bolt on either side of
the front wheel. Line up the flat sides of the front wheel
axle with the front forks (Fig.10) and slide the wheel
on. Facing the stroller, make sure the release lever is
on the right-hand side. You will need to retighten both
the release lever and locking nut. There should be
resistance as you push the locking lever all the way
over and down so that it is parallel to the right front
fork (Fig. 11). If there is little or no resistance, push
the lever back up and tighten the locking nut, then
push the lever back down. Continue to do this a little
at a time until the wheel is secure. Check that the
wheel is securely attached to the front forks by tr ying
to pull out on the wheel. It should not move out at all.

ATTACHING STROLLER SEAT IN
REAR-FACING POSITION
There are two plastic hooks on either edge of the
bottom-front portion of the seat and one locking
clamp with a red handle on the bottom-back portion
of the seat (Fig.12). To attach the seat to the stroller
frame in the rear-facing position, stand in
front of and face the stroller. Lower the plastic hooks
onto the rear suspension bar. It is helpful to hold the
seat up at about a 45-degree angle, with the hooks
facing down, so that you have a clear view of the
hooks catching the suspension bar (Fig.13). Then
lower the back of the seat onto the front suspension
bar and press down. The locking clamp will "click"
onto that bar as the seat locks into place. Make
sure that both of the hooks catch the suspension bar.
With your hands under the front and back of the seat,
lift  up to make sure that it is properly installed. You
should be able to lift the entire stroller by the seat.
CHANGING THE DIRECTION OF THE
SEAT
To change the direction of the seat, first pull out on
red handle on the locking clamp (Fig. 14). Then tilt
the back of the seat upwards . This will release the
locking clamp from the suspension bar. Finally, lift
the seat back off toward you so that the plastic hooks
disengage from the other suspension bar. Turn the
seat around and then secure to the stroller frame as
above, just reversing to which suspension bar the
plastic hooks and the locking clamp are attached.
      WARNING:
Never remove or reverse the seat
with your  child sitting in it. This adjustment must be
made before putting your child in the stroller. Also,
remove canopy before making seat adjustments for
better access and view.

ATTACHING THE ARMREST TO THE
STROLLER SEAT
To attach the armrest to the stroller seat, line up the
two metal inserts with the two plastic slots on both
sides of the stroller seat (Fig.15).  Slide the inserts
completely into these slots, making sure that both
sides secure into a locked position. Lift up on both
sides of the armrest to make sure they are properly
locked into the slots. To remove the armrest, locate
the metal tabs on the inside of the seat, positioned
just below each armrest slot(Fig.16), and beneath the
seat fabric. Press each  tab separately while pulling
up on the armrest above each tab. The tabs can be
pressed by pushing on the fabric that covers them.
You do not have to pull the fabric away and press the
metal surface itself. Follow the same instructions as
attaching the armrest to attach the tray.(Fig.17)
      WARNING:

To avoid serious injur y, ensure
that children’s hands, arms and fee are well clear of
the bumper bar before opening or closing it.

ADJUSTING THE SEATBACK
To lower the backrest, lift up on the plastic lever
located in the middle of the seatback and move the
seatback down into the desired position. Then release
the lever to secure the seatback (Fig. 18). To raise the
backrest, push up on the back of the  seat until it
clicks into the desired position.
      WARNING:
Always keep your child in sight
when making these kinds of adjustments. Check the
fitting of the safety harness each time the backrest is
adjusted to be sure a snug, yet comfortable fitting is
maintained.

USING THE SAFETY NETTING WHEN
SEATBACK IS FULLY RECLINED
The safety netting must be used whenever the seat
is in a fully reclined position. The safety netting is
stitched into a pocket underneath the footrest
fabric.  Pull the netting out of this pocket as far as
the stitching will allow. Then zip up each side of
the netting so that it connects  completely with the
footrest fabric. Finally, pull the  netting under the
front armrest, (toward baby), and then back over
the top of the armrest, (away from baby)  (Fig. 19).
Be sure to pull the netting all the way around and
down on the armrest so that it covers the metal
insert clips of the armrest.
      WARNING:

Your child may slip into leg
openings and strangle. Never use the stroller with the
backrest fully reclined unless this baby safety netting
is looped around the armrest and secured in place.
Only when the boot portion of the seat pad is fully
zipped onto the seat pad, may the stroller be fully
reclined without using the safety netting. The canopy
must also be snapped onto the seat fabric.
ATTACHING THE  REVERSIBLE
CANOPY
To attach the canopy, insert the plastic shafts into the
plastic slots located on the sides of the seat (Fig. 20).
Lift up to check that each side is locked into position.
Whenever the seatback is in the fully reclined
position, be sure that the canopy snaps are buttoned
onto the back and sides of the seat fabric. The
canopy can be converted to allow more air flow
through the stroller. Unzip the lower half of the canopy
from the upper half. This will leave a mesh cover that
can snap to the back of the seat.  (Fig. 21)  To remove
or reverse the canopy, first undo the snaps. Then press
the release tabs, located on the plastic slots, while
pulling up on the canopy shafts.
      WARNING:
Whenever the seatback is in the
fully reclined  position, make sure that the canopy
snaps or mesh snaps are buttoned onto the back and
sides of the seat fabric. Do not overload the canopy
pocket: Maximum load is 2 lbs (1 kg). Excessive weight
may create a hazardous unstable condition to exist.

USING THE FRONT SWIVEL-LOCKING
WHEEL
The front wheel is designed to turn for extra
maneuverability on smooth surfaces, as well as to be
locked in a fixed position for uneven terrain, hills, fast
walking or whenever traveling over height related
terrain changes, such as curbs. The swivel-lock is
located, (standing behind the stroller), on the left side
of the frame, on the inward side of the plastic handle
housing (Fig. 25). To set the front wheel in swivel mode
pull downward, toward you if standing behind the
stroller, on the plastic switch. To lock the front wheel in a
fixed position, press upward, away from you if standing
behind the stroller, on the plastic switch.
      WARNING:
Always secure the front wheel in the
locked, fixed position for uneven terrain, hills, or while
walking at a faster than normal pace. The front wheel
must also be secured in the fixed position whenever
strolling onto or off of curbs or other height related
terrain changes. The swivel mode is only designed for
smooth, flat surfaces and a normal walking  pace.
SECURING AN INFANT CARRIER
(Fig. 28) It is possible your infant carrier will NOT be
compatible with this stroller. Therefore, for first-time
installation, evaluate according to these directions
without your child in the carrier. To install the infant
carrier, first be sure it has been removed from the car
seat base. Also be sure the stroller seat is in the forward
facing position. Recline the backrest of the stroller
about  3/4 of the way down enough so that your carrier
will fit level onto the stroller seat. Place the carrier onto
the stroller seat so that your child will be facing you
when you walk. The mounting notch of the infant carrier
fits onto the front armrest, (although you may need to
remove the fabric cover), and the front of the carrier
rests on the backrest. If the mounting notch of your
carrier is too small to fit onto the armrest, then position
the entire carrier between the armrest and the backrest.
As long as it fits level onto the seat and can be secured
as described below, then it is still compatible with the
stroller. The restraint safety strap attaches to the two
metal "D" shaped rings on either side of the seat belt.
Place the restraint safety strap through the provided
spaces on each side of the car seat, (auto seatbelt
path), or over the top of the carrier if your model
does not have that opening. Now adjust the strap to
tightly secure the carrier to the stroller. The tighter that
you set this strap will directly affect how secure the car
seat feels in the stroller. A well-tightened strap will be
easily demonstrated by lifting the entire stroller and car
seat as one solid unit, by the handle of the car seat.
CLOSING THE STROLLER FOR TRAVEL
OR STORAGE
Each time, before closing your stroller, check the
following:

Your child is clear of moving parts
The rear brakes have been set
    The backrest is fully reclined
The front wheel is in the unlocked, swivel position
The canopy is retracted to a closed position
All items have been removed from the basket
underneath the stroller
To close the stroller, locate the plastic sliding
mechanisms just below the height adjustment buttons on
the handle (Fig. 26). Pull up on the metal secondar y
safety latch located on the underside of the left sliding
mechanism. With the metal latch held up, slide the
mechanisms toward you (standing behind the stroller)
and ease the handle down until the stroller is completely
folded (Fig. 27). Then engage the frame lock located on
the left side of the stroller.

      WARNING:
The restraint safety strap must
always be tightly secured whenever an infant carrier is
placed on the stroller. Do not use an infant carrier
model with this stroller if it does not secure as
described above. Infant carriers rated for weights  over
20 lbs ( 9kg) are not compatible with any Zooper stroller
model. Excessive weight may cause  a hazardous
unstable condition to exist.
      WARNING:
Only the following infant car seat
models are compatible with this stroller:
Graco - Snugride, Peg Perego - Viaggio,
Britax - Companion.

buttons on the inner-side of the rear axle tubes (Fig.6).
Make sure the buttons are coming out of the
buttonholes and are not stuck inside the tube. Press in
on the buttons as you insert the rear axle into the frame
openings. Apply pressure firmly and evenly on the rear
axle.
Make sure the buttons are visible in the small holes
located on the inside of the plastic moldings (Fig. 7).
The spring lock buttons will not pop all the way out
of the plastic moldings. They will, however, be visible by
looking in the molding hole. If the spring lock buttons do
not pop out of the holes the first time, apply more
pressure on the axle to ease it into place. Pull down on
the rear axle to make sure that it has locked into plac
