1. In case of insufficient refrigeration performance, move the stored foods into 

another refrigerator/freezer to prevent their deterioration.

2. When contacting a service company, let them know the model name, serial 

number (see nameplate on the right-side interior wall), date of installation 
(see warranty card) and type of problem (ex. alarm code).

• Power failure. Wait until power supply is resumed.
• Unplugged. Plug in.

If an error occurs, the alarm code and cabinet temperature are displayed in 1-second 
intervals. When an error occurs, check the alarm code and follow the instructions below. 
If more than one abnormal condition exists, alarm codes will be displayed in order of 
priority.
