ip dvmrp route-holddown
Configures the time during which DVMRP routes are kept in a hold down state. A holddown state refers to 
the time that a route to an inactive network continues to be advertised.
ip dvmrp route-holddown seconds

Specifies the holddown time, in seconds (1–86400).
