Maintaining Print Quality
To maintain good print quality, clean the printer according to the
schedules and procedures listed in Chapter 5.

Clean the following areas with the designated tools:

Clean the drum with the drum freshener (only when smears
appear on print samples due to the drum).

Clean the LED array and the SELFOC
®
lens (LED print
head) with the Toraysee™ cloth.
•
Clean the fuser cover glass with a razor blade or the cover
glass scraper.
