Sections 8 (“Subscription Fees”), 9 (“Telephone Access and Possible 
Charges”), 10(“Payment Authorization”), 11 (“Using the TiVo Plus 
Service”), 16 (“Title to Software and Intellectual Property”), 17 
(“Open Source Software”), 18 (“Indemnity”), 19 (“Warranty 
Disclaimer”), 20 (“Limitations of TiVo’s Liability”), and 21 
(“Miscellaneous”) shall survive any termination or expiration of this 
Agreement.
BY USING THE TIVO PLUS SERVICE, I REPRESENT THAT I 
HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS ENTIRE AGREEMENT 
AND I AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AS 
STATED ABOVE.

Toshiba Digital Media Server Limited Warranty
LIMITED UNITED STATES WARRANTY 
FOR TOSHIBA RS-TX20/60 DIGITAL MEDIA SERVER
Toshiba America Consumer Products, L.L.C. ("TACP") makes the 
following limited warranties to original consumers in the United States. 
THESE LIMITED WARRANTIES EXTEND TO THE ORIGINAL 
CONSUMER PURCHASER OR ANY PERSON RECEIVING THIS 
DIGITAL MEDIA SERVER AS A GIFT FROM THE ORIGINAL 
CONSUMER PURCHASER AND TO NO OTHER PURCHASER OR 
TRANSFEREE.
PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN THE U.S.A. AND USED IN CANADA 
ARE NOT COVERED BY THESE WARRANTIES.
PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN CANADA AND USED IN THE U.S.A. 
ARE NOT COVERED BY THESE WARRANTIES.
LIMITED NINETY (90) DAY WARRANTY
TACP warrants this Digital Media Server ("DMS") against defects in 
materials or workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days after the date 
of original retail purchase of the DMS. DURING THIS PERIOD, TACP 
WILL, AT TACP'S OPTION, REPAIR OR REPLACE A DEFECTIVE 
DMS WITH A NEW OR REFURBISHED DMS WITHOUT CHARGE 
TO YOU FOR PARTS OR LABOR. YOU MUST DELIVER THE 
ENTIRE DMS TO AN AUTHORIZED TACP SERVICE STATION. 
YOU MUST PAY FOR ALL TRANSPORTATION AND INSURANCE 
CHARGES FOR THE DMS TO AND FROM THE SERVICE 
STATION. 
LIMITED ONE (1) YEAR WARRANTY
TACP further warrants the parts contained in this Digital Media Server 
("DMS") against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one 
(1) year after the date of original retail purchase of the DMS. DURING 
THIS PERIOD, TACP WILL, AT TACP'S OPTION, REPAIR OR 
REPLACE A DEFECTIVE DMS WITH A NEW OR REFURBISHED 
DMS WITHOUT CHARGE TO YOU, EXCEPT THAT IF A 
DEFECTIVE PART IS REPLACED AFTER NINETY (90) DAYS 
AFTER THE DATE OF ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASE, YOU 
MUST PAY ALL LABOR CHARGES INVOLVED WITH SUCH 
PART REPLACEMENT. YOU MUST DELIVER THE ENTIRE DMS 
TO AN AUTHORIZED TACP SERVICE STATION. YOU MUST PAY 
FOR ALL TRANSPORTATION AND INSURANCE CHARGES FOR 
THE DMS TO AND FROM THE SERVICE STATION. 
RENTAL UNITS
The warranty for rental units begins on the date of first rental or thirty 
(30) days from the date of shipment to the rental firm, whichever comes 
first.
