Singing Along with the VIMA

The “Melody Guide” function lets you decrease the volume of the melody of an internal
song or SMF music files. Using this function, you can decrease the melody to a lower (but
still audible) level, helping you to learn the melody while you sing along.
Once you’re confident of the melody, you can use the Melody Mute function (p. 60) to
completely cancel the melody while you sing.

The Melody Guide function won’t work with a music CD.
