Troubleshooting

In the unlikely event that your smartphone stops 
responding to touches and key presses, try a quick 
reset. Remove the back cover and battery (“Assemble & 

” on page 3), then replace and switch your 

smartphone on as usual.

To reset your smartphone to factory settings and erase 
all the data on your smartphone, press Menu

All data on your smartphone will be deleted. 

(Nothing on your memory card is deleted.)
