On your smartphone, press Start, then All Programs 

> Settings > More... > Connections > USB Device Type > Modem, 

and press Done.

Using the USB data cable, connect your 

smartphone to your computer when AT&T 

Communication Manager instructs you to do 

so. The Communication Manager program should 

guide you through the rest of the connection.

AT&T Communication Manager to disconnect 

the link.

On your smartphone, to return your smartphone 

to ActiveSync mode for USB connections: Press 

Start, then All Programs > Settings > More... > Connections 

> USB Device Type > ActiveSync.

You can use the browser to search and view 

the Web.
