Scroll to New E-Mail Account and press the center 

select key (

s

).

Enter your e-mail address, select Try to get e-mail server 

settings from internet, and press the right soft key (

+) 

(Next). 

Enter your e-mail user name and password.

Note: If your phone finds your account settings, it 

automatically fills in the following screens. Enter 

your name, password and press the right soft key 

(

+) (Next) for each screen. If your phone cannot 

find your settings, ask your e-mail provider for 

your settings.

Press right soft key (

+) (Finish) to download 

e-mail now.

set up personal e-mail 
(such as MSN e-mail or 
Hotmail)

Use the Web browser to access your MSN e-mail or 

Hotmail. For details about browsing the Web, see 

page 21.

set up corporate 
e-mail

Note: If you don’t have some of the information 

requested in these steps, contact your company’s 

system administrator.

  

Press the left soft key (

-) (Start).

Use the thumb wheel to scroll to ActiveSync and 

press the thumb wheel or center select key (

s

) 

to select it.
