Monitoring Faults
If you experience problems while using the SSR, you may want to obtain information 
from the SSR boot log as discussed in this chapter. The boot log is a file that contains the 
messages the SSR sends when it is starting up.
Obtaining Boot Log Information
Obtain the SSR boot log information to look at the messages the SSR sends when starting 
up. To display the information included in the boot log:
1.
If you are not in the Front Panel view, switch to it by clicking the CoreWatch main 
window.
2.
Select the Monitor menu, choose Fault, and then choose Boot Log.
The Boot Log window appears. You may want to examine the messages displayed in 
that window to look at the configuration of the SSR and determine whether all the 
devices it is configured for were online when you started the SSR.
