You can view a software image file by issuing the show file command.
Syntax: show file <name>
Argument:

name

an up to 8-character name of the file plus a 3-character extension

Example:

In this example, first the config directory is accessed; then the contents are listed. The command 

is entered and the file contents scroll across the screen.

You can view the current FTP download settings by issuing the show ftp command.
Syntax: show ftp
Example:

In this example, the 5100/6100 VDR shows the configured FTP settings.
