Setting the WAN facilities data link
You can enable the use of a Facilities Data Link according to AT&T Tariff 54016 to support clear-
channel quality line by issuing the set wan fdl command.
Syntax: set wan fdl < none | att54016 | AnsiT1403>
Argument:
Syntax: set wan fdl < none | att54016 | AnsiT1403>
Argument:
none | att54016 | AnsiT1403
FDL choices AnsiT1403 is for clear-channel quality line; none indicates
no FDL setting; att54016 is AT&T tariff support
Example:
In this example, clear-channel quality line is enabled.
Setting the WAN framing mode
You can set the WAN frame mode by issuing the set wan framemode command.
Syntax: set wan framemode < D4 | ESF | SL96>
Argument:
Syntax: set wan framemode < D4 | ESF | SL96>
Argument:
D4 | ESF

Subscriber Line Carrier 96, a short-haul multiplexor for up to 96 voice-

Example:
