Using the provided wrenches, loosen the spindle
nut (A, Fig. 5) clockwise while holding the spindle
housing flat (B, Fig. 5) with the other wrench.

1/4", 1/2" and 5/8”

Loosen the clamp (A, Fig. 6) with a cross
point screwdriver.

2.

Remove the sanding sleeve from the spindle
shaft.

1-1/2” and 2” (optional 3”)

Loosen the nut (B, Fig. 6) with the provided
wrench.

2.

Remove the sanding sleeve from the spindle
shaft.

3.

Reverse these steps to install the new
sanding sleeves.
