instrument. 

To avoid electrical shocks, use only Aethra

 adapter, 

model 531001411. 

Connection for the external telephone handset. For more 
information on connection, see Appendix A.  

Proprietary connection to serial port for interfacing with a 
PC or printer via a standard RS 232 cable or connection to 
external accessories.

To avoid electrical shock, use only Aethra

 cables and 

accessories.  

To power the instrument from a standard AC outlet, perform steps 1-3. For battery 
power information, see Chapter 10. 

Plug the adapter in the AC/DC outlet.
