If you need to remove the microSD card while the phone is on, unmount the microSD card first to prevent corrupting or 
damaging the files in the microSD card.

1. From the Home screen, tap

Visit virginmobileusa.com/activate and follow the instructions.

Activate on your phone

1. Tap

2.  Your phone will connect to the network, and then the screen will say “Welcome to Virgin Mobile”. Tap 

 to 

continue the activation process. Your phone will say “Activating your phone now...”. Then your phone will display your new 
Virgin Mobile phone number. Write it down.

3.  Tap 

 to complete the activation process. Your phone will turn back on by itself.

4.  That’s it. You will receive a text message to let you know you can start talking. 

1.  If the display is off, press
